Service Areas

In person in Alpharetta. Online anywhere in Georgia.

(yes, you can do this from your parked car on a lunch break.)

There are two ways to work together. You can come to the office in Alpharetta, or you can meet by secure video from wherever you are in Georgia. Same therapist, same approach, same practical tools. The only difference is whether you're sitting on my couch or yours.

Pick based on logistics, not on which one sounds more serious. If the drive is short, in person can be a nice reset in the middle of a busy week. If it isn't, telehealth removes the traffic and the parking and the "I'll never make it back to work in time" math. Both work well for anxiety therapy, ERP for OCD, and couples work.

How in-person sessions work

The office is at 290 S Main St, Suite 200, Alpharetta, GA 30009. It is the only office. If you live in Roswell, Milton, Johns Creek or Cumming, it is usually a manageable trip, and some people like having a physical place that is just for this work.

You show up, you sit down, we get to it. Sessions are 50 minutes. There is no lobby full of paperwork and no one-way mirror. Just a room where we figure out what your anxiety is doing and practice doing something different.

In person can be especially helpful when you want a clear line between "therapy" and "the rest of my life," or when home isn't a private enough place to talk.

How telehealth works

Telehealth runs over a secure video platform. You need a device with a camera, a decent connection, and somewhere you can talk without being overheard. A closet counts. So does a car. Honestly, some of the best sessions happen in parked cars.

The one rule: you need to be physically in Georgia when we meet, because I'm licensed in Georgia only. That means Savannah, Athens, Augusta, Macon and every town in between are all fair game.

Telehealth also works surprisingly well for exposure work. The things that trigger anxiety or OCD often live at home, so practicing right there, in the real setting, can make the skills stick faster.

Choosing between them

You don't have to commit forever. You can start in person and switch to video when life gets busy, or start online and come in when it makes sense. The work is the same either way: small, specific practice between sessions and a clear plan in the room.

Rates are the same in both formats. You can read the details on the rates page, or skim everything I work on. If you're not sure which format fits, bring it up on the free consult. If I'm not the right fit, I'll tell you on the consult and point you toward someone who is.

Common questions

Before you book.

Where is the office?
290 S Main St, Suite 200, Alpharetta, GA 30009. It is the only office. Everything else happens by secure telehealth.
Can I do telehealth if I live outside the Atlanta area?
Yes, as long as you are physically in Georgia during the session. I'm licensed in Georgia only, so that is the one rule.
Can I mix in-person and telehealth sessions?
Yes. Plenty of weeks call for a video session instead of a drive. We can switch between formats as your schedule needs.
Is the cost different for telehealth?
No. An individual session is $185 for 50 minutes and a couples session is $200 for 50 minutes, either way. The first 15-minute consult is free.

Ready when you are.
