(honestly? most of you should just do telehealth.) Let me be straight with you about the drive, because I would rather you hear it from me than discover it on a Wednesday at 4:40. Sandy Springs to my Alpharetta office is a real trip up GA-400, and depending on the hour it can be anywhere from thirty minutes to considerably worse. If in person matters to you, book a mid morning or early afternoon slot and it is very manageable. The office is at 290 S Main St, Suite 200 in downtown Alpharetta, with easy parking once you arrive. It is available anywhere in Georgia, it is the same treatment, and it means you are not spending ninety minutes in traffic to work on your anxiety and then sitting in traffic again on the way home. Telehealth solves a lot of that, and I will not push you toward in person if distance from your own orbit is part of what makes this feel possible. The practical thing worth knowing: I am self pay only, and I state my rates plainly on the rates page rather than making you email to find out. For people with demanding jobs, self pay usually also means no diagnosis submitted to an insurer, which some of my clients care about a great deal. You do not need to be in crisis to reach out. Being tired of running like this is reason enough.
