Milton is basically down the road. Ten to twelve minutes from most of Milton to the Alpharetta office if you want to sit on a real chair, or we can do the whole thing over secure video from your kitchen table. Either one is fine.

I work with anxiety, OCD, panic, social anxiety, and the couples work that often sits on top of all of it. Direct approach, real tools, and an actual plan for you eventually not needing therapy at all.
