I'm licensed in Georgia, which means I can see you over secure video wherever you are in the state — Atlanta, Athens, Augusta, Savannah, Macon, Columbus, Rome, Valdosta, that town off I-16 with the good gas-station biscuits. If you live in Georgia, we can work together.

Telehealth isn't a downgrade of "real" therapy. For anxiety and OCD specifically — where a huge chunk of the work is skills you use in your own life — doing it from your own space often makes practice easier, not harder.

Georgia has plenty of therapists. It doesn't have enough who actually do ERP for OCD, who'll be direct with you, and who won't turn a session into a monologue about "your journey."

Most of my virtual clients live somewhere the nearest OCD-informed clinician is 90 minutes away. The video option means you don't have to move, drive, or settle for someone doing generic talk therapy on a problem that needs a specific tool.
