I built The Solace Space Therapy for the ones who look like they're doing fine on the outside — but are exhausted, anxious, and carrying more than anyone realizes.

The story

## Why _The Solace Space_.

Six years into this work, I kept meeting people who were really, really good at being fine. So fine, in fact, that white-knuckling their way through life had just become their norm.

From the outside, you would never know. But behind closed doors, anxiety was taking up way more space than anyone knew.

Solace isn't quiet. It's the opposite of pretending you're fine. It's having somewhere to put the mask down and work on what's going on underneath.

This is the room where you don't have to be the put-together version of yourself, and anxiety doesn't get to run the show.

That's the heart of The Solace Space Therapy: less white-knuckling, more room to be yourself, real practice standing up to anxiety, and tools to help you heal.

What I actually believe

## Four things I _won't compromise on_.

Therapy has an ending.

The goal is that you eventually don't need me. You leave with the tools to carry it on your own — and I'll always be honest with you about when you're ready.

You're not broken.

You have a nervous system doing exactly what it learned to do. We can teach it something new.

Skills and insight.

Understanding why you're anxious matters — and so does having a tool for it on a Wednesday morning. We work on both: the insight, and the skills that turn it into change.

04

Warm and direct.

I'll tell you the truth. Kindly. Even when it's not what you were hoping to hear.
